Morbid Suite vB4 and the copyright

Hi guys. I've got a question about the display of the copyright. I've used Morbid blue as the base for our skin. Modified it to fit our colleges theme (*Institutional Research departments internal website*) We paid a bunch to use Vbulletin sans copyright stuff and were wondering what it'd take to do the same with this theme? Assuming that's an option.

Some have expressed concern having the word 'morbid' in the footer of an official school portal, especially if it's a place faculty go to get data.
