Hey everyone,

We need your help!
We are trying to match expectations and first step would trying to figure what are our shortcomings. We recently redesigned main site and forums to keep it rather simple, fast and prompt. We have got quite a few positive feedback but also some concerned requests to mend few things.

So we have 2 simple questions for you.

- As a Guest/User (Not Client) : What are the things/info you will like to see more?, What should be more visible.

- As a Client : What are the sections which need more importance.. What is missing in our forums to give you better product support.

Would be very helpful if you can take some time and help us tighten our design. If you have any other feedback regarding site, products, pricing etc.. Please feel free to throw them at us.

Though simplicity and few images are good, I find the style to be bland and boring. Honestly, I think it would be better if you maybe showcased one of the morbid themes or something as the main style (for the whole site), this way users would be able to instantly know what they can expect from DigitalVB.

That's just my opinion though. I must say, you did succeed in the goal of making the site more open (as far as what information is accessible and visible directly to the public).

Personally I like Simple designs, But I think that would be better if you Re-Design the Notices more distinctive.
