12-hours on and nothing?

Okay,
So I know that the website says it can take up to 24-hours but I am really starting to get EXTREMELY concerned as I purchased the CAFEBLUE theme early this morning, although my paypal e-mail address is different to the one I registered with here I have been checking the e-mail address non-stop for an activation link - yet nothing has arrived.

My entire day's work has come to a grinding halt as I can't do much without the theme.

DigitalvB.com were quick to take the money out of my account however 12 hours later and still no download available is starting to get a little bit rediculous, especially when other sites have their own paypal fraud protection and yet you would still have your theme within an hour.

Am I ever going to get my download or should I start looking at Paypal dispute?
