The reason this release has not been designated a release candidate as originally planned is that it includes several new features, including:
* improved RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew
* an enhanced site map for CMS and Blog
* additional style vars for Forums
* … numerous new bug fixes, and more.
These features require a proper beta cycle, hence the B5 designation.
